With over 15 years of experience in construction and facilities management, I specialize in leading large-scale projects and strategic initiatives that drive organizational growth and operational efficiency. Before founding Lencon Project Management in 2025, I served as Senior Director of Facilities at Mirati Therapeutics, where I led the successful development and relocation to a new headquarter facility, supporting a significant expansion of our global workforce.

Prior to this, I held a critical role at Intercept Pharmaceuticals within the life sciences sector, managing facilities & construction across multiple international locations and spearheading strategic expansion efforts.
Earlier in my career, I gained extensive experience in construction project management at Brickens and Reidy Group in New York City. This diverse background, spanning civil engineering, commercial interior fit-outs, and large-scale construction projects provided me with a strong foundation to transition into life science facilities management and to support organizations through periods of rapid growth and transformation.
My approach centers on comprehensive project management, enhancing real estate and facility operations, and prudent budget oversight. I am committed to integrating sustainable practices within facility operations, enriching both environmental impacts and corporate well-being.
