Construction Project Management

Comprehensive end-to-end project management services are provided, spanning from initial concept to project closeout. By aligning facility operations requirements with real estate decisions from the outset, project teams are enabled to accelerate progress and ensure critical information is integrated early in the process.

Preconstruction:
  • Facilitate schematic design and concept development.

  • Manage the project budget and design development.

  • Obtain construction permits and procure design and construction teams.

  • Assemble and manage the FF&E project team and oversee vendor contracts.

  • Implement risk management strategies.

Project Construction Management
  • Participate in OAC meetings and manage FF&E vendors.

  • Monitor and track the client master budget, review contracts and invoices.

  • Provide weekly updates on budget, schedule, and risk.

  • Manage change requests, lead internal teams, and conduct site visits.

  • Coordinate FF&E vendor installations and move management.

Project Closeout
  • Participate in punch walks and review vendor closeout packages.

  • Compile a final cost summary and facilitate project closeout.
